i had some type of episode after the last entry i put up. i'm doing better now, but i got sick again this weekend. i think it was food poisoning. i couldn't sleep last night so i took some nyquil and that always makes my head feel heavy the next day. as i write these few words i realize my head is a bit too cloudy to have much to say.
