there it was again. another late night in the front seat of my car with her. i like it. there's something about her that is more intimate than anyone else. i've been going out a lot recently and none of it made any difference to me. last night mattered. those nights always do.
two nights ago i tried to take a girl out and her drunk underage ex boyfriend broke into her house twice and we called the cops on him and he was arrested. that's the last date for her.
after i got home last night at about 4:45am there was a man in a car with the lights on and not moving for about 6 hours in front of my building. i tapped on the glass to try and get him out, i got no response. i called 911 and some cops came. turns out he just fell asleep, but it was a really strange place to fall asleep.
but last night...there we were.
